PJM RENOVATION eurl is both run and owned by British general builder Patrick Martin. Having lived permanently in France since 1999 and with over 20 years experience in the UK building trade, he registered PJM Renovation eurl in 2000.

Fully City and Guilds certificated general builder and Construction Industry Training Board certificated plant operator, we have the qualifications and experience to see through projects large or small.

We are members of CAPEB (the artisans trade union) and are therefore up to date with all current rules and regulations regarding the works we carry out, as well as TVA and legal issues.

We employ both French and British tradesmen directly within our company, and therefore do not need to sub-contract any parts of larger projects, as our in house team is highly skilled in all trades. This gives us full control of your renovation project at all times, and avoids unnecessary delays or confusion between trades, which could otherwise lead to additional cost and lost time. We fully project manage our team, and there is no need for the expense of a separate "project manager" or architect to oversee the works. If you are not resident in France, we provide a weekly "update" CD as to the progression of works, and a schedule of works for the coming week. This enables our clients to see the projects progression at all stages, and feel confident in the knowledge they know what is happening out on site, even though they are not always present.

We can take you right from the initial planning stages and utilities connections, through the actual renovation works, and to your completed property ready to move into. We have completed many projects similar to your own, and can provide a CD of previous works or we are happy for you to meet existing clients and view completed projects in the area local to you.

Although we do specialise in complete renovation projects, we also take on loft conversions and smaller building works, such as new openings, Velux installations, concreting and electrical/plumbing installations.

Servicing and commissioning of boilers, woodburners, central heating and hot water systems. Winter service checks available.

Fosse Septic Installations

We are fully registered and insured for fosse septic installations to all current regulations, and can provide the geological survey reports necessary and apply to your Marie for the relevant permits. (Institute de Formation - Chambre de Metiers "assainissement non collectif")
